  • Shrimp with Pepper Medley
    Shrimp with Pepper Medley
    Ingredients
    • ½ lbs. medium shrimp - peeled and deveined (can be raw or frozen)
    • ½ cup Cauliflower
    • ½ Cauliflower and Carrots
    • ½ tsp. Lemon Pepper
    • ½ tsp. Garlic Pepper
    • 1 tbsp. Creole Seasoning if you like them spicy
    • 1 tsp. Butter (or butter substitute of your choice)
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    Preparation time: 2 minutes
    Cooking time: 1 - 3 ½ minutes
    Serves 2

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a medium Steamfast Bag and seal the bag.


    2. Shake gently to distribute ingredients and place bag in microwave.


    3. Cook on HIGH for 1 -2 minutes (3 – 3 1/2 minutes if frozen) until shrimp are pink and cooked through. If needed, add more time in 30 sec increments.


    4. Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling.


    5. Carefully open bag, pour out content and Enjoy!

    Shrimp with Vegetable Medley
    Ingredients
    • ½ lbs. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined ( can be raw or frozen)
    • 1/2 small red pepper - chopped and de-seeded
    • ½ small yellow pepper – chipped and de-seeded
    • ½ small green pepper – chopped and de-seeded
    • ½ tsp. dried dill (or 1 tsp. fresh chopped dill)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    Preparation time: 2 minutes
    Cooking time: 1 - 3 ½ minutes
    Serves 2

    1. Combine all ingredients in a medium Steamfast Bag and seal the bag.

    • 2 6oz Salmon steaks bones - skinned and cut into bite size pieces
    • ½ small Red Pepper - chopped and de-seeded
    • ½ small Yellow Pepper – chipped and de-seeded
    • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    • ½ tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
    • ½ tsp. Dried Oregano (or a few sprigs of fresh oregano)
    • ½ tsp. of Garlic Powder
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Soy and Lemon Dipping Sauce
    • 2 tbsps. soy sauce
    • 2 tbsps. lemon juice
    • 1 tsp. Sugar or Honey
    Preparation time: 2 minutes
    Cooking time: 4 minutes
    Serves 2

    • ½ cup orange marmalade
    • 1 tsp. vinegar
    • 1 tsp. corn starch
    • 1 tsp. ground coriander
    • ½ tsp. ground ginger
    • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Garnish
    • Two sliced scallions
    • 2 tbsps. Almond slivers
    Preparation time: 4 minutes

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6 to 8 ounces each), cut into bite-size pieces
    • ½ cup red bell pepper – finally chopped
    • ½ tsp. hot sauce
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 tsp. chili powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • lime juice (optional)
    • lettuce leaves (optional)
    Preparation time: 4 minutes
    Cooking time: 4 minutes

  • Chili Lime Cod
    Chili Lime Cod
    Ingredients
    • 1 x 8-12 oz cod fillet cut in half (or 2 x 6 oz tenderloins)
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • Pinch of cayenne pepper
    • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
    • 1 tsp vegetable oil
    • ½ tsp chili powder
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 2 tbsps of freshly squeezed lime juice
    • 2 tbsps melted butter
    Directions

    1. In a small bowl combine vegetable oil, chili powder, garlic powder. Salt & cayenne pepper


    2. Spread mixture evenly on top of cod fillet


    3. Place prepared cod in Zipnsteam bag, seal bag and place in microwave


    4. Cook on full power for 3 – 4 minutes or until cod is cooked through and flakes easily. If needed continue microwaving at 30 second intervals until cod is done


    5. Allow bag to stand for 1 minute before opening, use spatula to remove cod from bag to serve.
